Remembered at 5 p.m. today that tomorrow was Crazy Hat Day. Liv wanted a "Love Hat" and so with limited time (and patience) to spend in a freakified Michael's store we came away with the makings for this creation:

It's a Dance Off People

Liv just told me that she didn't like what the bully in her class had to say to her today while in line for lunch so she suggested they have a dance-off at recess.

She won.

Of course.

DeCordova

Drove out to the DeCordova Museum & Sculpture Park today. Saw an awesome show and the sculpture park was equally cool. Click on the picture below for metal frivolity:

Birthday Weekend

On Saturday we grabbed lunch at Quito's in Bristol. On Sunday we did bumper boats, bumper cars and go-karts in Seekonk. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of that!

We went to the PawSox game last night. The game was great (we won) and the fireworks were excellent.

Also at the game, Liv told me "I want to marry my orange soda." There could be worse things, I guess.

The Chimney is Up!

Finally - it's done and in record time! I think I heard the neighbors cheering at the removal of this eyesore. Next up: the roof.

Ballet Recital

My Mom and Wes came up to see Liv's ballet recital this weekend. Liv's performance was awesome, seeing my Mom was great and I am so incredibly relieved that we no longer have Ballet class to go to on Saturday mornings.
